At Kinesio Physio, our goal is to get you back to your sport, your work or your daily activity, pain-free as soon as possible. In consultation with you, we’ll develop an exercise prescription plan. This will involve guided & progressive exercises.
Clinical & progressive exercises (strengthening, stretching, core stability, postural) help optimise function, mobility & strength of the muscles that surround your injury. We will prescribe a tailored rehabilitation exercise program to target your individual specific needs. This will assist you back to recovery, returning to your physical health goals. We can also provide tools that you may require to self-manage your rehabilitation & prevent recurring injury.
